Get to know Anshika
Anshika brings with her a decade of diverse experience in various functions of Human Resources. Her expertise includes Talent Management, Talent Development, Stakeholder Management and Organisational Development. Her role in RedSeer revolves around bringing in alignment with business objectives and employee welfare. It gives her the opportunity to interact and nurture a diverse group of enthusiastic individuals who bring in passion, high work ethics and believe in performing beyond the norm.
She, in collaboration with the Senior Management team, has constantly been driving high performing work culture to keep pace with firm’s growth. Her constant endeavor has been to create a sustainable system without foregoing agility in these ever-changing times.
Anshika has worked across industries like Consulting, Infrastructure, research etc. Prior to joining RedSeer, she was associated with GMR group, Deloitte Consulting Pvt Ltd. and Syntel State Street in various capacities, playing a variety of roles encompassing Human Resources function, leading multiple initiatives.
Beyond work, she likes to spend quality time with family and enjoys travelling, watching movies, and reading books.
