Chhavi is an Associate Partner at Redseer with 14+ years of rich and varied experience spanning consulting, health-tech, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship. At Redseer, she leads strategic engagements across consumer internet, fintech, and mobility, with a sharp focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, growth acceleration, and IPO readiness.
Before joining Redseer, Chhavi served in a leadership role at THB, where she drove digital strategy for leading hospital chains. She also founded Born Equal, a purpose-led kidswear brand that challenged gender norms through thoughtful design and messaging.
Chhavi began her consulting career at Bain & Company, advising clients in automotive, retail, CPG, and healthcare on customer strategy, innovation, and growth. At Flipkart, she led the loyalty charter and the SuperCoins program, enhancing customer retention and engagement through data-driven initiatives.
An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Gold Medalist from IIIT Allahabad, Chhavi is also a strong advocate for gender equity. She actively leads the Women’s Growth Initiative at Redseer, championing inclusion and leadership development for women in consulting.
