Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Graphic designer to create and design digital marketing and branding content including, but not limited to: banner ads, web pages, presentations and digital communications. Should be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user - experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
  • Prepare rough draft and present your ideas, amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Work as a part of the team with executives to execute the requirements effectively.

Qualifications/ Screening Criteria:

  • Must have minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience purely in designing.
  •  Strong knowledge of designing software like Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.
  • Strong designing background along with experience in articulation and conceptualization
  • Should be well-versed with the different global trends in design/fashion/art.

Job Description :

Engagement Manager typically leads and delivers 2 client engagements at a time, and also manages cross-functional teams of senior consultants (as applicable), associate consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts to solve the client questions. In addition, they are avid members of the organization’s senior leadership, where they own P&L and related account management responsibilities for their sector/sub-sector, as well as lead/shape up / contribute to the RedSeer’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Project delivery – Lead and deliver more than 1 engagements at a time for their BUs:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the project(s), right from problem structuring / scoping to execution to delivery.
  • Project Management: Ability to make sure that project plan and timelines are agreed upon, and multiple workstreams (Primary Research, Secondary Research, Analysis, Report Writing, etc.) plus client management is working as per timelines, and budgets. Managing client/stakeholder expectations timely as required.
  • Client Management: Managing the client end to end on the engagements, as well as keeping them engaged to RedSeer
  • Mentor: Being available to junior team members to guide on their workstreams, and make sure that their pieces and careers are also moving as per plan while working with them on engagements. Maintaining a good fun environment through engagement and beyond.
  • Practice Development:
  • P&L and related Account management for their BU: This becomes important for the Engagement Manager. They need to work with the entrepreneurial mindset as head of their mini Bus (sub-sectors), and think about:
    1.  What could be the growth opportunities from existing and new clients?
    2. The basis that how their P&L looks today, and what will it look like 1 to 2 years down the line?
    3. Agree on the targets with the leadership, and thereafter lead the execution plan.
    4. Make sure the operating model levers (Training, Hiring, Marketing, Thought Leadership, Events, Road Shows, Media Interactions, etc.) are moving as per the above proactively.
    5. Lead client pitches/collaterals as per the plan.
    6. Being proactive rather than reactive is going to be a big one here.
    7. Develop the firm by contributing to culture development, hiring, training, and any other internal/external org initiatives. Lead 2 organization-wide initiatives throughout the year.
  • Ensure Redseer quality of deliverables on each engagement.
