The medhodology involved creating a bespoke foodtech potential index of 2300+ Indian cities to identify the high potential cities for the client and segment them by priority/ potential.


This was to help a foodtech aggregator increase their city-coverage. The methodology involved creating a bespoke foodtech potential index of 2300+ Indian cities to identify the high potential cities for the client and segment them by priority/ potential. This was followed up with primary research of customers, delivery professionals and restaurants in key cities of the high potential city-segments to identify strategic tweaks required for the newer markets.
