Kirti Saboo Bagaria is a Partner and the Founding member of RedSeer, along with Anil Kumar (CEO and Founder). She has worked with Anil Kumar to build the home-grown consulting brand from November 2008 onwards. Prior to Redseer, Kirti has worked with both ivy league consulting firms such as McKinsey & Co. and The Parthenon Group (London, UK) and start-up such as Zinnov Management Consulting.She has worked across sectors and functional areas such as growth strategy, cross-portfolio synergies, organization redesign/restructuring, competitive strategy, offshoring, and outsourcing strategy, and more. When working as a Principal in the London office at The Parthenon Group, she got the opportunity of a lifetime to restructure the healthcare system of a key Emirate of UAE and positively impact the lives of millions of blue-collar workers who were devoid of even basic healthcare at that time.
