Mohit brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, start-ups, and digital transformation. He is an expert in strategy, performance enhancement, digital Services, M&A, and due diligence. He worked for over 16 years at Kearney and was one of the early partners who established and grew the firm in India, where he advised clients across industries ranging from telecom, technology to financial services, PE, travel, and manufacturing.   
 
Mohit has been instrumental in helping clients frame functional strategies, launch new businesses, and drive operational improvement. He also ran multi-year transformation programs with large teams to deliver tangible results.
