The methodology involved conducting feasibility analysis of channels needed to achieve the target. This was followed by idetifying the key cohorts that need to be prioritised to achieve the target. Primary research was conducted of the high-priority consumer cohorts to identify their likes and dislikes to tweak the offerings.
